Spanish Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation Jose Manuel Albares stated during his meeting with Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam that they support Lebanon’s territorial integrity.

Sharing details of the meeting, Albares said: “I met with Lebanese Prime Minister Nawaf Salam. We support Lebanon’s territorial integrity, a lasting ceasefire, and an end to the war.”

Taking a clear stance against the violence in the region, Albares stated: “We cannot accept the endless violence against Lebanon.”

Albares concluded his statement by saying: “The Lebanese people have the right to a future full of hope and peace.”
