Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

According to a statement published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine;

Thirty-seven countries have officially approved the agreement on the establishment of the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine. The tribunal is planned to operate in The Hague, Netherlands.

The initiative is based on the principle established in international law after the Second World War that wars of aggression entail individual responsibility.

The statement emphasized that Russia’s war against Ukraine was planned, authorized, and carried out through individual decisions, and that those responsible should be held accountable under international law.

Officials noted that this step represents an important milestone for the international justice system and stressed that crimes of aggression must not go unpunished.

It was reported that, with the establishment of the tribunal, the aim is to prosecute senior officials alleged to have played a role in planning and conducting the war.
