President Zelensky emphasized unity in his statement, saying: “Today, what matters is the unity between Europe and Ukraine, and the unity between Europe, Ukraine and the United States.”

Zelensky thanked the officials who organized the meeting and said: “I am grateful to UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz for their personal contributions to the path toward peace.”

Regarding talks held with the United States, Zelensky stated: “Today, we held a detailed discussion with the American side about our joint diplomatic efforts, agreed on the importance of security guarantees and reconstruction, and reached a consensus on the next steps.”

Speaking about defence support, Zelensky said: “We also held a separate meeting regarding additional defence support for Ukraine.”

Concluding his remarks, Zelensky said: “I am grateful to the leaders for their willingness to stand with our people and help us bring peace closer.”
