German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul commented on the destruction caused by the earthquake disaster and the ongoing search and rescue efforts to save survivors.

Expressing his deep sorrow over the devastation caused by the earthquakes, Wadephul said, "I am deeply saddened by the devastating destruction caused by the earthquakes in Venezuela."

Conveying a message of solidarity with those affected and the emergency teams working on the ground, Wadephul stated: "Our heartfelt condolences go to those who have lost loved ones, to the injured, and to all those working tirelessly to rescue survivors. Germany is ready to support the people of Venezuela."
