Washington, February 15 (Hibya) – The United States halted the vessel Veronica 3 within the area of responsibility of INDOPACOM (Indo-Pacific Command) for inspection and search operations.
U.S. forces carried out an inspection and search operation targeting the vessel Veronica 3 in the INDOPACOM area of responsibility. It was reported that no incidents occurred during the operation.
Officials stated that the vessel failed to comply with quarantine regulations imposed by U.S. President Donald Trump and attempted to continue its voyage. U.S. forces reportedly tracked the ship from the Caribbean to the Indian Ocean before stopping it.
The United States declared that actors engaged in illegal activities in international waters and their representatives would not be allowed to move freely.
