The United Arab Emirates Ministry of Defence announced that Minister of State for Defence Affairs Mohammed bin Mubarak bin Fadhel Al Mazrouei, accompanied by Undersecretary of the Ministry of Defence Major General Ibrahim Nasser Al Alawi, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Support Services Major General Saeed Ali Al Ali, and Chairman of the Human Resources Authority Major General Fadhel Salem Al Suwaidi, reviewed the work of the Candidate and Participant Selection Committee.

The statement said that the delegation was briefed on the working mechanisms used in the assessment and selection processes.

It was also reported that the ministry's organizational procedures, individual interview methods, mechanisms for evaluating leadership competencies, and the electronic systems supporting the selection processes were reviewed.
