Rome, December 20 (Hibya) – Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said they stand in solidarity with the police following violent attacks they faced in Turin.

Tajani stated: “This shows that the eviction of Askatasuna was the right decision,” adding that there is no place for hatred and violence in Italy.
Tajani added: “We have already experienced the abyss of terror on our streets; the state and institutions will not allow a return to that tragic past.”
