Sybiha: We appreciate the UK's strong stance against Russia's war machine
Kyiv, October 16 (Hibya) – Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha made a statement regarding the UK government’s new sanctions against Russia.
In a post on social media, Sybiha thanked UK Home Secretary Yvette Cooper and the British government, saying, “We thank you for your leadership and strong stance against Russia’s war machine.”
The Ukrainian minister emphasized that targeting Rosneft, Lukoil, and the so-called “shadow fleet” of shipping vessels is “a strong step toward cutting off Putin’s blood money.”
Sybiha added, “Ukraine highly values the UK’s unwavering support.”
