Moscow, October 16 (Hibya) – Russian President Vladimir Putin said during his speech at the REW 2025 event that his country continues to be one of the world’s leading oil producers despite “unfair competition mechanisms.”

Putin stated that Russia accounts for about 10 percent of global oil production and that this year’s output is expected to reach 510 million tons.
