Referring to Russia's activities and Ukraine's military capabilities, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha delivered remarks on the course of the war.

Assessing the reason behind the Kremlin's rhetoric about the "collective West," Sybiha said: "Ukraine is not just striking Russia. It is doing so with Ukrainian-made weapons. Putin's propaganda has always told the Russian people that they are fighting not only Ukraine but the entire 'collective West'."

Sybiha added: "This was intended to conceal Putin's humiliation and explain why this war has lasted longer than World War I. A war against a country that he claimed years ago did not exist and would collapse."

Emphasizing that military actions against strategic targets inside Russia are being carried out using domestically produced weapons, Sybiha stated: "What is particularly noteworthy now is that 100 percent of the long-range strikes against Moscow and other Russian regions are being carried out with Ukrainian-made weapons. Russian propaganda will struggle to fit this into its false narratives."

Sybiha said that the only way to end the war is for Russian forces to withdraw, concluding: "When Putin attacked Ukraine, he did not merely miscalculate. He made a historic mistake. Every month he refuses to acknowledge this and end the war, things will get worse for him and his regime. Putin has a way out at any moment. He only needs to order a ceasefire for the occupying forces and stop the war."
