According to a statement from the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bulgarian Foreign Minister Velislava Petrova took part in a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky alongside the official delegation of Prime Minister Rumen Radev, which was in Brussels for the European Council meeting.

It was reported that topics such as natural gas supply, electricity generation and transmission were discussed within the framework of regional energy security.

Possible industrial cooperation between Bulgaria and Ukraine in the field of unmanned aerial vehicle production, as well as opportunities for technology transfer, were also discussed.
