Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that Russia attacked a civilian production facility of Mondelez in Trostianets, owned by another American company operating in Ukraine.

Sybiha noted that the missile hit one of the production buildings and that there were no casualties.

“This is not a military target, but a factory operating since the 1990s, producing world-famous brands, employing Ukrainians, and contributing to both our economy and the American economy,” he said.

Minister Sybiha emphasized that when Russian missiles strike such places, they target not only Ukraine but also American commercial interests in Europe.
