Spajic: Skills development is extremely important for Montenegro
Davos, January 20 (Hibya) – Montenegrin Prime Minister Milojko Spajic met in Davos with Adecco President Kristof Kotoar to discuss cooperation on developing digital skills and strengthening the local workforce.

Referring to the success of the pilot program, Spajic said: “In Davos, we discussed the continuation of cooperation with Adecco President Kristof Kotoar following the successful completion of the pilot program by General Assembly, one of the Adecco Group companies, which enabled around 40 unemployed people in Montenegro to acquire digital skills through a three-month training program.”
Emphasizing the strategic importance of education and workforce capacity building, Spajic added: “Developing knowledge and skills and strengthening the local workforce are extremely important for Montenegro, especially in the challenging final stages of the EU negotiation process.”
