Seven ambassadors present credentials in Syria
Damascus, September 6 (Hibya) – Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa and Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani received the ambassadors of Saudi Arabia, the European Union, the Vatican, Brazil, Uzbekistan, Denmark and Sweden in Damascus.
Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa and Foreign and Expatriates Minister Asaad al-Shaibani received the ambassadors of seven countries and institutions in the capital, Damascus.
According to a statement shared on the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates’ social media account, the ambassadors held meetings in Damascus to present their credentials for their missions to the Syrian Arab Republic.
The representatives received included the ambassadors of Saudi Arabia, the European Union, the Vatican, Brazil, Uzbekistan, Denmark and Sweden.
It was reported that the meeting addressed diplomatic relations between Syria and the countries and institutions represented by the ambassadors on the occasion of their assumption of duties.
