Sandu: EU support is vital to strengthening Moldova’s resilience
Brussels, November 4 (Hibya) – Moldovan President Maia Sandu met with the European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, to discuss her country’s EU accession process and efforts to protect democracy against Russian interference.
President Sandu said that she had a productive meeting with Kaja Kallas on Moldova’s European Union accession process and regional security issues.
Highlighting the joint efforts to protect democracy from Russian interference, Sandu stated: “The EU’s continued support is vital to strengthening Moldova’s resilience and advancing institutional reforms.”
