Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar said he was pleased to meet again with German Federal Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt during his visit to Israel.

Saar said, “The Federal Minister will sign a joint declaration today between Israel and Germany on cooperation in the fields of security, cyber security, and combating antisemitism.”

Speaking about the content of the meeting, Saar stated, “I told him that it is time to designate the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps as a terrorist organization within the European Union. This is a position Germany has long advocated, and today the importance of this issue is clear to everyone.”
