Qatar's Foreign Ministry condemns Iran's attacks
Doha, July 18 (Hibya) - Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned Iran's attacks on Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait, calling for the immediate cessation of all military actions in the region.
Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that it strongly condemns Iran's renewed attacks on the territories of Jordan, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
The ministry stated that the attacks constitute a clear violation of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the targeted countries and are contrary to international law and the Charter of the United Nations.
The statement stressed that targeting electricity facilities and seawater desalination plants in Kuwait is unacceptable and constitutes a violation of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2817.
Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted that the attacks escalate tensions in the region and called for the immediate halt of all military actions threatening security and stability, a return to dialogue, and adherence to agreements reached through diplomatic initiatives.
