Qatar: Strength of state institutions and social solidarity demonstrated resilience to crises
Doha, October 13 (Hibya) - Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani said in remarks shared by the Qatari Foreign Ministry that the extraordinary developments experienced in the country and the region demonstrated the strength of state institutions, social solidarity and the capacity to respond to crises effectively and responsibly.
The Qatari Foreign Ministry shared an excerpt from remarks by Qatar's Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani at the opening of the second regular session of the second legislative term, corresponding to the 55th annual session of the Shura Council.
Al Thani said this year's meeting was held following extraordinary developments affecting the country and the region, adding that the events once again demonstrated the strength of state institutions, the cohesion of society and the capacity to respond to crises effectively and responsibly.
