Panamanian President Jose Raul Mulino met in Panama with Qatar’s Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi.

According to a statement from Qatar’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the beginning of the meeting Al Khulaifi conveyed to Mulino the greetings of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, along with wishes for his health and happiness and for further progress and prosperity for the people of Panama.

Mulino, in turn, asked Al Khulaifi to convey his greetings to the Emir of Qatar, wishing him health and happiness and the people of Qatar further progress and prosperity.

The meeting addressed cooperation between the two countries and ways to support and strengthen those relations. The parties also discussed various issues of mutual interest.
