The State of Palestine’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates strongly condemned the missile and drone attacks targeting the cities of Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan and Najran in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The ministry said 73 civilians, including women and children, were injured in the attacks, stating that the escalation targets Saudi Arabia’s security, people, resources and sovereignty, as well as the stability of the Arabian Gulf.

The State of Palestine expressed its full solidarity with Saudi Arabia and reaffirmed its support for the measures taken by the Kingdom to protect its security, sovereignty and resources.

The statement rejected and condemned the targeting of civilians and civilian infrastructure, emphasizing that Saudi Arabia’s security and territorial integrity are important for the security and stability of the region. It stated that protecting civilians, respecting international law and ensuring freedom of navigation are international responsibilities.
