Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Dar meets Kazakhstan’s President Tokayev
Islamabad, 4 February (Hibya) – Pakistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar, met with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, who is on a two-day official visit to Pakistan.
Dar expressed his pleasure at hosting President Tokayev in Pakistan and conveyed warm greetings on behalf of Pakistan’s President, Prime Minister, government and people. The meeting voiced satisfaction over the increase in high-level political contacts between the two countries.
The sides reiterated their shared commitment to expanding bilateral cooperation, particularly in the political, economic and people-to-people domains, and emphasized their resolve to work together for regional peace, stability and development.
