Pakistan's Foreign Minister Dar and IAEA Director General Grossi discuss regional developments
Islamabad, July 26 (Hibya) - Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a telephone conversation with International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi.

During the conversation, the two sides discussed the latest developments in the region and emphasized the importance of diplomacy, dialogue, and constructive engagement in promoting regional and international peace and stability.
Grossi said that continued dialogue between the parties following the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding would contribute to a peaceful and lasting outcome. He also briefed Dar on his candidacy for the position of United Nations Secretary-General.
Dar, in turn, reiterated Pakistan's strong support for the United Nations and for effective multilateralism.
