Netanyahu and Modi commemorate the Holocaust at Yad Vashem
Jerusalem, February 26 (Hibya) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi attended a memorial ceremony at Yad Vashem.
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu visited Yad Vashem today together with Indian Prime Minister Modi. In the "Hall of Names" section, Netanyahu showed the names of relatives from his wife Sara’s family who perished in the Holocaust.
During the memorial ceremony held after the visit, Prime Minister Modi laid a wreath and placed a stone in remembrance of the victims. Netanyahu emphasized that the Holocaust will never be forgotten.
