Mucunski: We continue our strategic dialogue with the US through close coordination
Skopje, June 25 (Hibya) – North Macedonian Foreign Minister Timco Mucunski announced that he held a meeting with US Deputy Secretary of the Interior John Gountanis, during which they reviewed the agenda of the strategic dialogue between the two countries.
North Macedonian Foreign Minister Timco Mucunski said that he met today with US Deputy Secretary of the Interior John Gountanis.
Mucunski stated, "We reviewed the progress made in implementing the bilateral priorities and objectives agreed upon during the Second Session of the Strategic Dialogue between our two governments."
Referring to the topics discussed during the meeting, Mucunski said, "We discussed energy and infrastructure resilience, economic and trade cooperation, cybersecurity, migration issues, and our joint efforts to combat organized crime and illicit drug trafficking."
Mucunski also said, "We reaffirmed the importance of close coordination and intensified cooperation in advancing the initiatives agreed upon in line with the shared strategic interests of our two countries."
