Deniz polisinden Adalar çevresinde 'deniz taksi' denetimi

North Macedonian Foreign Minister Timco Mucunski said that alignment with the EU in foreign and security policy sends a strong signal of the country's strategic choice to join the Union and confirms North Macedonia's status as a reliable partner. Noting that last year's recommendations had largely been implemented, Mucunski said that active political dialogue with the EU on foreign policy and security issues was continuing.

The report also stated that a high level of preparedness had been achieved under Chapter 30, "External Relations," with close alignment with the EU's trade policy and active contributions to regional economic cooperation. Increased defense preparedness, support for Ukraine, and active engagement within the United Nations, the Council of Europe and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) were also assessed positively.

Mucunski noted that these assessments once again demonstrated the clarity of North Macedonia's foreign policy orientation, its position as a reliable partner of the EU, and its determination to achieve full membership in the Union.
