Mixed trading in commodity markets
Istanbul, September 25 (Hibya) – Gold and silver rose in commodity markets, while palladium, platinum and some industrial metals declined.
Commodity markets showed a mixed performance. The December gold futures contract rose 0.18 percent to 4,305.84 dollars, while silver gained 0.16 percent to 64.103 dollars.
Copper fell 0.34 percent to 6.7498 dollars, palladium declined 0.96 percent to 1,261.75 dollars and platinum dropped 0.31 percent to 1,752.10 dollars.
Among industrial metals, aluminum rose 0.14 percent to 3,256 dollars and zinc gained 0.18 percent to 3,984.10 dollars. Lead fell 0.11 percent to 1,938.35 dollars, nickel declined 0.37 percent to 16,453.75 dollars and tin dropped 0.58 percent to 53,756 dollars.
