Berlin, July 17 (Hibya) - German Chancellor Friedrich Merz announced that major projects aimed at further strengthening Europe's industry and defense have been launched within the framework of the Franco-German Council of Ministers.
German Chancellor Friedrich Merz emphasized the importance of the strategic partnership between Germany and France for Europe's future and conveyed a message of cooperation and confidence to French President Emmanuel Macron.
Referring to the steps taken during the Council meeting, Merz said: "At the Franco-German Council of Ministers, we launched major projects that will strengthen our European industry and defense."
