Meloni: Italy strengthens its leadership in Europe in implementing the PNRR
Rome, April 29 (Hibya) – Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni stated that with the approval of the ninth installment under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Italy is reinforcing its leading position in Europe in achieving targets and utilizing resources.

Highlighting the scope of achievements, Meloni said: "With the approval of the ninth installment linked to the achievement of 50 targets, Italy is strengthening its leadership in Europe in the implementation of the PNRR in terms of resources obtained and results achieved."
Meloni added: "A total of 416 targets and objectives have been achieved, including reforms and strategic investments that provide tangible benefits for families and businesses and support growth."
Emphasizing that the PNRR model represents a shift in mindset for Italy, Meloni stated: "The Italian PNRR model marked the transition from a spending-focused approach to a culture of reforms and structural investments."
Underlining development policies, Meloni concluded: "This will guide development policies after 2026 and serve as a roadmap for a stronger and more integrated Italy that plays a leading role in overcoming global challenges."
