MED9 meeting held in Croatia
Zagreb, October 1 (Hibya) - Croatia's Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs announced that the MED9 meeting addressed Europe's strategic priorities, the future of the European Union budget, Mediterranean cooperation and the security dimension of enlargement.
Croatia's Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs announced that the MED9 meeting held in Trogir had concluded.
According to the ministry's statement, ministers for European affairs and state secretaries exchanged views on Europe's strategic priorities, the European Union's future budget, cooperation in the Mediterranean and the security dimension of enlargement.
The meeting was described as the final ministerial gathering ahead of the MED9 Summit, which will be held in Split on October 7 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic. Leaders of the nine MED9 member countries are expected to come together at the summit.
