New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon shared his views on the country's economy and employment targets in a post on his social media account.

Luxon stated, "You deserve an economy that grows faster than the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. Because that means 220,000 new jobs, along with wages rising faster than inflation."

Arguing that the National Party was delivering on these goals, Luxon said, "But three years is not enough time."

Prime Minister Luxon criticized the spending policies of the Labour Party and the Greens, claiming that these policies could result in more debt, higher inflation and higher mortgage interest rates.
