Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva evaluated his official visit to India and his government’s foreign trade strategies.

Drawing attention to the foreign policy vision they have followed since the beginning of 2023, Lula da Silva said, “We are concluding our trip to India with newly signed agreements, investment announcements from Brazilian and Indian companies, and new doors opened for our bilateral trade. Since the beginning of 2023, our mission has been to restore Brazil’s image and negotiating power in the world.”

Sharing figures regarding the integration of the Brazilian economy into global markets, Lula da Silva concluded his remarks by saying, “During this period, we have already opened more than 520 new markets worldwide for Brazil. We are on the right path.”
