Lavrov and Wadephul meet in New York
New York, September 26 (Hibya) – Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov and German Foreign Minister Wadephul met in New York as part of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov and German Foreign Minister Wadephul met in New York on September 26 at the request of the German side.
During the meeting, held as part of the High-Level Week of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly, bilateral relations and the situation in Ukraine were discussed.
In a statement, the Russian Foreign Ministry said Wadephul reiterated the German government’s previously stated public position on these issues and other matters.
