IDF: Headquarters housing soldiers affiliated with the Iranian terror regime destroyed
Jerusalem, March 1 (Hibya) - The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that following the establishment of air superiority over Tehran, large-scale strikes destroyed the Iranian regime’s command-and-control centers as well as intelligence and operational headquarters.
The IDF released a statement regarding the air operations targeting Iran’s military and strategic centers, noting that the operation aims to undermine the regime’s military capabilities and its ability to plan terrorist activities.
According to details shared by the IDF:
"In recent hours, as part of a wide-scale wave of attacks that began once the Air Force secured air superiority over Tehran, the IDF struck dozens of regime combat headquarters, including the Revolutionary Guards headquarters, intelligence headquarters, the Revolutionary Guards Air Force headquarters, and the internal security headquarters. The strikes targeted headquarters where military intelligence identified activities by soldiers affiliated with the Iranian terror regime, who were planning and conducting terror campaigns against the State of Israel and countries in the region."
The statement added that among the targets hit were emergency complexes from which the Iranian regime managed its war efforts and built its intelligence picture.
The IDF further stated: "The executed wave of strikes significantly damages the terror regime’s command-and-control capabilities and neutralizes its personnel at its most central headquarters. The IDF will strike the forces and personnel of the Iranian terror regime wherever they operate."
