Athens, Jan. 30 (Hibya) – Greek Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis held talks with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Greece–U.S. relations.
Greek Foreign Minister George Gerapetritis held a telephone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
During the call, the state of Greece–U.S. relations and preparations for the sixth round of the Strategic Dialogue to be held in Athens were discussed.
International and regional developments in the Middle East, including the situation in Gaza, were also reviewed.
Gerapetritis reiterated Greece’s commitment to actively supporting peace and stability in the Eastern Mediterranean.
