Futures trade higher in global markets
Istanbul, August 17 (Hibya) - Futures contracts in global stock markets started the new day on a positive note.
In US index futures, US 30 rose 0.69 percent to 51,819.8 points, while US Tech 100 gained 0.68 percent to reach 29,140.9 points.
The SP 500 VIX, indicating lower volatility, fell 1.47 percent, while in Europe, the CAC 40 (0.84 percent) and Euro Stoxx 50 (0.51 percent) maintained their positive momentum.
