Fletcher: Syrians are rebuilding despite new challenges
Damascus, April 2 (Hibya) – United Nations (UN) Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator Tom Fletcher emphasized during his visit to Syria, one year after his last trip, that the rebuilding efforts of the people—returning to their homes and restoring services—represent a moment of hope that should not be missed.
