Estonian Foreign Minister Tsahkna: Europe must be involved in the process of achieving a just peace in Ukraine
Tallinn, October 24 (Hibya) - Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna said Europe must be involved in efforts to end the war between Russia and Ukraine, calling for increased pressure on Russia and the use of its frozen assets to support Ukraine.
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna discussed Europe's role in achieving a just peace in Ukraine and safeguarding European security during an interview with France 24.
Tsahkna stated that Europe should participate in peace efforts not as a neutral mediator between the aggressor and the attacked party, but by standing alongside Ukraine. He also emphasized the need to increase pressure on Russia.
Tsahkna advocated using Russia's frozen assets to support Ukraine and called for unity against the Kremlin's attempts to divide European societies.
