Dar meets Bahraini Foreign Minister Al Zayani
New York, September 25 (Hibya)-Pakistan's Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar met with Bahraini Foreign Minister Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani in New York on the sidelines of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly.
According to a statement from Pakistan's Foreign Ministry, the meeting addressed bilateral relations and preparations for the upcoming 3rd Joint Ministerial Commission meeting.
The sides also exchanged views on regional and international developments. Bahraini Foreign Minister Al Zayani was reported to have appreciated Pakistan's constructive role in supporting regional peace and stability.
The two foreign ministers reportedly reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening bilateral cooperation and maintaining close coordination on bilateral and multilateral platforms.
