Recalling Chinese President Xi Jinping’s statement that “artificial intelligence should become an international public good that benefits all humanity,” Shen said that CMG continues its efforts to transform the vast potential of technology into a communication force that serves broader audiences.
Shen noted that CMG is inviting media professionals around the world to embrace the shared mission of the media in the intelligent era, build a new communication order based on openness, inclusiveness, and sharing, and contribute to the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
Guests attending the forum stated that, guided by the congratulatory letter sent by Chinese President Xi Jinping to the first CMG Forum, the event has evolved into an important platform that brings together wisdom and strength from various parties, deepens communication among media organizations from different countries, and promotes mutual learning.
The guests noted that China’s “AI+” initiative has created new opportunities and opened new avenues for development cooperation between China and the rest of the world. Highlighting the profound and far-reaching impact of artificial intelligence on the media landscape and public opinion ecosystem, they called for the comprehensive use of AI in journalism, cultural communication, public services, and other fields.
