CENTCOM: U.S. forces redirected 108 commercial vessels
Washington, May 26 (Hibya) - The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) issued a statement regarding the mission of the destroyer USS John Finn in the Arabian Sea and the redirection of commercial vessels.
CENTCOM shared information regarding the activities of U.S. naval forces in the region.
The statement said that the USS John Finn (DDG-113) is operating in the Arabian Sea and that U.S. naval forces continue their operational activities.
CENTCOM announced that as of May 26, U.S. forces had redirected 108 commercial vessels for security and coordination purposes.
It was also stated that U.S. personnel operating in the region continue their operations to ensure maritime security and navigation safety.
