Budrys: Lithuania stands with the people of Moldova
Chișinău, 6 February (Hibya) – Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kestutis Budrys stated that Lithuania stands with the people of Moldova and their choice for a secure European future.
Lithuanian Foreign Minister Budrys held a meeting with Moldovan President Maia Sandu in Chișinău.
Budrys noted that they discussed bilateral relations between the countries, Moldova’s path toward the EU, security, and strengthening societal resilience, stating: “Moldova is facing relentless Russian disinformation aimed at derailing its European future. Europe must act, engage with societies, defend the truth, and accelerate EU integration.”
Budrys emphasized that Lithuania stands with the people of Moldova and their choice for a secure European future.
