The IDF stated that missiles launched from Iran toward Israeli territory were recently detected.

In a statement, the IDF said that defense systems are operating to intercept the threat, and that in recent minutes the Home Front Command sent direct alerts to mobile phones in the relevant areas. The statement also included the following:

“The public is asked to act responsibly and follow instructions, as this saves lives. After receiving the alert, you must enter protected areas and remain there until further notice. Leaving the protected area will only be possible after receiving clear instructions. You must continue to follow the instructions of the Home Front Command.”
