Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese announced the new chain of command in the military, emphasizing gratitude to the soldiers who serve the country.

Albanese said, “There is no greater honor than serving our country.”

Commenting on the appointments and terms of service, Albanese stated, “Today we are announcing the new leadership across the Australian Defence Force. We thank Admiral David Johnston and Lieutenant General Simon Stuart for their decades of service and leadership.”

Highlighting the importance of serving the nation, Albanese added, “All Australians are grateful to those who serve and protect our country.”
