Zelensky: Russia’s air terror continued once again
Kyiv, October 14 (Hibya) – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement regarding the air attacks carried out by Russia.
President Zelensky said that last night, Russia’s air terror against Ukrainian cities and infrastructure continued once again.
He stated that the main targets were energy facilities: “Ninety-six attack drones were launched, most of them were shot down, but unfortunately not all. Last night, Russia dropped aerial bombs on Kharkiv, hitting a city hospital and injuring 57 people. The region’s energy infrastructure was also hit. In the Kirovohrad region, civilian infrastructure, including railway facilities in two local settlements, was damaged.”
Zelensky added that attacks were also carried out on energy facilities and an enterprise in the Sumy region, and said:
“The Donetsk region was also attacked. Relevant services are working wherever needed, and rescue operations are ongoing. I thank everyone involved. Every day and every night, Russia attacks power plants and transmission lines, and our gas facilities are also under attack. The world can deprive Moscow of the ability to carry out such brutal assaults on life.”
