Foreign Minister Sybiha said that Russia hit a UN OCHA Ukraine humanitarian convoy in the Kherson region, adding: “Two WFP Ukraine trucks carrying food and vital supplies were damaged as a result of a deliberate drone attack. Fortunately, all personnel are alive.”

He stated that the trucks carrying food for those in need were clearly marked with UN emblems, saying: “Another brutal violation of international law proves that Russia completely disregards civilian lives and its international obligations.”

Sybiha called on UN member states to openly condemn yet another attack on humanitarian workers and to apply additional pressure on the aggressor.
