Von der Leyen: We can advance Ukraine’s peace talks from a position of strength
Brussels, 3 December (Hibya) – European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen stated that the Commission aims to provide Ukraine with capabilities that will enhance its self-defence capacity.
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said that the Commission intends to provide Ukraine with means to strengthen its ability to defend itself. She added that peace talks can be advanced from a stronger position.
Von der Leyen stated: “We are offering solutions to support Ukraine’s budget and to strengthen its defence industry.”
