Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha announced that he welcomed the decision of the Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) to grant Qatar Partner for Co-operation status and invite the country to join the OSCE Asian Partners for Co-operation Group.

Sybiha stated that Russia's war against Ukraine continues to threaten international security, emphasizing the importance of strengthening partnerships and upholding international law.

Sybiha expressed his support for Qatar's active participation in OSCE activities and joint efforts aimed at enhancing regional security and stability.
