Minister Sybiha stated that civilians were killed, children were injured, and emergency response teams were also targeted in the attacks.
The statement also noted that the UNESCO World Heritage site Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra was damaged, adding that Russia is violating international law and that initiatives have been launched across various international platforms.
