Ukrainian Foreign Minister Sybiha stated that Russia attacked Kiev, Dnipro, and Odessa overnight.

Sybiha noted that hundreds of drones and ballistic missiles targeted the energy system, leaving people without electricity, heating, and water. “Civilians, including a baby and a 4-year-old child, were injured. No one can turn a blind eye to Russian terrorism. This terrorism is happening in the heart of Europe right now, despite the Olympic Truce and peace efforts led by the United States,” he said.

Sybiha added, “The International Olympic Committee is shamefully trying to ban athletes and memorial ceremonies, but they cannot stop the truth.”
