Saidov: We discussed further strengthening Uzbekistan-Vietnam relations
Tashkent, November 3 (Hibya) – Uzbekistan's Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov held a telephone conversation with Vietnamese Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung. The discussion focused on further strengthening relations between the two countries, intensifying political dialogue and expanding trade and economic cooperation.

The two sides discussed opportunities to advance concrete cooperation in areas of mutual interest, as well as strengthening ties in tourism, culture and people-to-people relations. They also exchanged views on cooperation within the United Nations (UN) and other international organizations.
Saidov noted that both countries reaffirmed their commitment to further developing friendly relations and achieving tangible results through practical cooperation, stating, "We discussed further strengthening Uzbekistan-Vietnam relations."
